I've had BE for a just over a year now, had problems initially with the install but that was actually BT's fault i think.
there customer service center is based in Belgium i think which leads to a pretty shit service.
I have copies of the e-mail exchange with them where they apologies for any "incontinence"caused...
they dropped their prices but kept charging us the old rate as well.
Line is pretty fast and never really any down time. 3month contract although this now has dodgy wording if cut before 12
they are owned by 02 as mentioned so i would go with the 02 version.
