bigger pics. I'm undecided about the pedals. After (gasp with suprise) searching the threads about pedals, the split seems to be between time and toe clips. I have Speedplays on my 'proper' road bike and think that they are awesome. However, the cleats are pretty big so walking is a pain.
The split seems to me to be:
Time wins on efficency, ease of engagement and release in emergency but more £ for pedals and shoes
Toeclips = no extra shoes - a bonus when out and about in for cruising & not exactly the end of the world for commuting.
The jury remains out, further comments welcome.
