Recently I've started using the Blackberry Maps function. Its good and accurate. I've just started using mine on a T-Mobile tariff, and recommend it. Good if you get a bit lost. The BBM Blackberry Messenger function is encrypted, so pretty impressive too.
EDIT: GoogleMaps is so much better! But the BBM has stood the test of time.
