i think each 16g cart will inflate 1 tyre to 110/120 psi
as for the eco aspects i don't know, but then i don't drive/own a car or use lots of energy heating a house 24 hours a day so hopefully i can offset any co2 i put into the atmosphere every time i get a puncture.
