i moved there 3.5 years ago, and then there were none. Now there's: starbucks, subway and now an eat. Sure wont be less in 6 months

First time I ever went to shoreditch, for a rave, was in 89 (I'm not a londoner but I've lived there for 11 years). I thought I was in hell. It was like a dead zone. At least there's something going on now. I'm all for it, where EAT goes, others will follow. If only a flippin bank would put some cashpoints there! Things were looking up when Waitrose opened in Barbican last year. The only thing I'd like to see the back of is those tittybars, and broken glass everywhere.
