hassanr also be careful of relacing a hub with a new cross pattern. once a hub has been laced a certain way you should always have it laced that way (both pattern and spoke directions), since the tensioning/retensioning/general riding stresses cause the spoke holes to deform a bit, and putting tension on them from a different angle can cause hub failure. just keep it in mind :)
