hes lanky as fuck, wants a fully built single speed (aka, we can convince him of the upsides of fixed, as he into sport), but it need not be flash - anything lying around ready to be built to something minimal, yet effective.
basically hes looking for something budget - an intro ride, perhaps his only - for a total (fully built) cost of 100-150 poundages.
thoughts?
