I dunno, why not stop at red? Yeah you're in hurry, don't want to fuck about at lights your whole life. Just like the geyser who doesn't want to hang around behind a poxy cyclist for 35m when his left turn is just up ahead, or the one who thinks 'I'll just nip out before this cyclist gets to the junction', cos otherwise i'll be here another whole minute ;-)
I do stop at reds cos because I don't really see any real reason to go through them other than saving a few minutes on my journey - what's the harm in waiting? I don't want to be a busy speedy twat like all those cockends trying to run me over. But I don't like the idea of having the coppers enforcing it either, so maybe (hypothetically) we'd all be better off if we waited?
