momentum, doubt it is that old. they usually have the grease ports on the BB and head tube from that era. plus it has very plain lugs, so my guess it's a budget frame from 60's. i had another look, i've got a funny feeling it is a weird raleigh, as i've seen the crown on the forks b4, but they have massive rake. plus the funny cheap rear bridge is like they have on the 3-speed. not keen o nhow th rear stays are hold in place by the seat bolt at top :(
