it's like when i play 'catch the roadie'
if i see a roadie in full lycra (peacock) then i ride close to him (though not drafting) and then all of a sudden SPRINT! and then at an arbitrary finish line that only i know about, i declare myself the winner (unbeknown to him). a few times the roadies have caught on to what i'm doing and just toyed with me for a little while before upping their gearing and riding off into the sunset.

also, cops on bikes do NOT like it when you ride up next to them and yell 'SURPRISE SPRINT!' and go tearing off.
