ok, i've updated it minorly - corrected the route from swain o' paine to finsbury park, added a minor amount after anbey park, but i too don't know the hackney part very well.
route so far...
jonny - it's very easy: you just double click on the next little segment that you want to do and it will record that bit for you. mile markers are added in automatically. you can click on "undo last point" if you make a mistake and then finally there is a link to save the current map as well. don't worry - it saves it under a new "route number" so you won't mess up any previous versions. nice software, really.
