Hello first time caller. This is an issue very close to my heart, I have perfected a technique after years of abuse from motorists. It takes a lot of anger to get me to this point but have found the best way to resolve this kind of thing is to rip the keys out of the ignition and if you are really lucky there will be a drain to chuck them down. Be ready to pedal very very quickly........
