my tip is during "recovery" bit keep cadence and heart rate up (130-140bpm) and do your intervals at 90% max....you'll get power plus the heart and lungs of a horse....do one 100% effort before the end and warm down gradually for 15 mins....PLAY LOUD MUSIC and concentrating on frequent targets helps time pass.
