Nice little mover. Looks in pretty good condition considering it's abandoned. If the BB is anything like the one on the raleigh I just cleaned up you can take it apart and clean/regrease/etc and it'll probably run fine, only thing to think about is chainline issues. There's a thread somewhere here about raleigh BBs (26tpi). You planning on keeping the mudguards? If not I can find a good home for them :)
