Reckon it'll be worth doing up? I found it on the street, reported it to the police and I can have it within 28 days. It doesn't look as if anyone will claim it. I found it about a week ago, just haven't got round to posting it on here. There's a bit of rust, but it looks as if it's in the paintwork rather than the frame.
I've got a pair of singlespeed wheels lying about but I'd need to cold set the frame a bit and run it as a suicide hub (rotafix!)
It's got a Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub, too. I'm tempted to mod it up as a 2 speed fix, a la Mr S Brown.
I'm thinking it'd be good for my first year of uni because I don't want to leave my nice bike outside overnight, even with insurance.
I wouldn't mind a respray in lime green, then lots of chrome :)
The only thing that I'm a bit concerned about is whether or not I'll be able to get a BB, in case its some old discontinued variety.
