Cajeta either of the light blues will look really sweet.
i'm a sucker for that slightly robin's egg-y hue (http://www.bentler.us/eastern-washington/animals/birds/robins-egg-blue.jpg). if you go with the greener, watch that you don't veer too dark/too green, or you lapse into celeste territory. that beetle blue is a solid choice. i wouldn't go darker. def. go solid (i.e., not flamboyant/pearlescent), and agree that it will look great w/the chrome.
and not that you're asking, but if it were my bike, rather than matchy-matching the bar tape with the frame, i'd go with warm colors or neutrals; a nice chocolate brown, or dirty-basketball orange, or tan-ish yellow/yellow-ish tan, natural cork, or even deep brick red; any of those could look really good w/your current saddle. OR if you are putting a tar black saddle on it, any of the previously listed options, OR charcoal gray.
Thaaanks. I like the robin's egg colour too. Funny those colour names. Quite similar to the beetle (maybe a touch more green). Whats celeste territory?
Definately no matching bartape in this case. That was just originally on the bike (old photo). Will have black Brooks saddle which I still have, so might go for black, or none at all.
