Hovis, are your silver risers still going spare? I haven't got much to trade... I do have a pair of MKS pedals with plastic clips and a pair of cheap 1 sided regular pedal shaped SPDs.. but the SPDs are broken (well in need of some annoyingly hard to find allen key screws & new cleats).
