31trum(murtle) had the same problem on goldtec, after putting on for 1/2 turn undoing then tightening a bit more, repeating the process until fully on. now it ain't going nowhere, good hub by the way.
same for me, i spent about half an hour slowly putting the cog on and off going 1/4 turn further on each time and stopping to check it was parallel and not cross threading.
nice hubs but i would like to see Hope make road/fixed hubs as their finishing is slightly better than goldtec.
