hope that hand isn't too painful for long
I had a similar reaction to some prick a couple of months ago...
was riding down Oxford street bout 11.30pm on a thurs night after a night of copious amounts of free bubbly at some press do.
some kid in a clio or something goes to turn across in front of me, and stops literal mm's from me so on the way past, I smack his window.
He pulls in shouting abuse out of his window so I, in a slight drunken rage swing round and slowly pedal towards him, he gets out of his car and just as he does a massive policeman runs across and pins him to his car, saying "oh no you don't sunshine' or something like that.
The lad is complaining about me punchin his car and the officier replies that if it was him he'd have put his foot through his window : )
the lad ain't happy about this and starts getting trappy.. 'is it coz i is black' etc. etc.
so I keep out the way and the officiers mate tells me to quietly pedal off, which I gratefully do, trying not to breath booze all over him, and nursing my bruised knuckles.
The most concerning thing about the whole incident was that I didn't notice the big cop car behind me!
I normally try and keep my eyes peeled incase I jump lights or have been drinking...
