What time is it? Watches and horology

Thanks, it’s pretty cheap and quirky. I get the most compliments and folk asking what it is. Last week my boss switched for the day with his Patek and was shocked at all the folk asking about it. Changed the strap as the original from Japan was for a tiny wrist.
