I'm also fixie-less for the last few years. Moved to Scotland where the hills are real and that bike sat in the shed for a little bit too long.
My son's got a track bike for proper track riding (when he isn't racing I sometimes get on and do track stands*) and I sometimes get to use hire ones at training sessions.
*I assume him and his club mates think I'm cool for being able to do this.
