Does that Silca chain stripper stuff shift the dreaded wet lube paste? I'm cleaning up a very abused drivetrain that will not be getting waxed as I'm selling the bike. Half a chainring down and I've already lost the will to live. Left it to soak in WD-40 degreaser overnight.

I thought the Silca stuff was specifically for getting ride of factory grease, not cleaning dirty drivetrains. I could be wrong.
