Someone who isn’t me did a godawful job of cutting this carbon steerer? Does it matter? I can’t really afford to lose any length off the steerer.
sand it flat?
Make sure you wet sand it and wear a mask, carbon dust are no jokes.
TBH I seen worse (Hi Ribble!), make sure you use a decent expander on it too.
