  • It's obviously more likely that the owner returned, took the rim, and locked the tyre there, for whatever reasons. I know you just want to start a conspiracy theory, but we're wise to your tricks.

  • You can’t just leave for whatever reasons like that…

    Why on earth would you return for everything other than the tyre, and then leave your lock there securing it? That’s absurd. But then such is life, I guess.
