  • No, it is not insane. This has a quite a psychological level to it. Seems to work in other enlightened countries.

    Well, it seems the 4D chess wizards responsible may have missed a decimal point somewhere, judging by the fact that apparently it's now more confusing hence dangerous.

    Obviously the only true solution is restricting licenses to those with the capacity to understand a roundabout, among other such quaint concepts as right of way, but apparently the powers that be can't afford such luxuries
