It's this one - guess I just try and trim back to the thickest branches?

I think having an idea of what you want is the first step.

If it were me I would
1. remove everything below those 4 main branches (personal preference)
2. Remove anything dead
3. Remove branches criscrossing
4. Stand back and have a think and assess.
But probably end up doing something like
