You using this on 30mm internal? I will come to have to tape 30mm internal width too, no luck finding a 32mm tape?

If so I might be your man, can trade that for a bottle of OKO

Shouldn't tape ideally be 4-5 mm wider than internal rim width?

More 2-4mm ideally, but with 4mm you have to be well accurate. I had it in the past where tape on the wall interfered with bead seating or on tight tyres the bead just undid the tape sideways. So rather do as @snoops said, go slightly narrower and manage that with tape position
