If those side panels are each made of a single board (rather than 2 or more glued together) then they will continue to warp, unless perfectly quarter sawn (which they are not...).
I think they are made of multiple pieces but can't quite tell - the DF ply would've been a better choice there
DF is a lovely timber and is great for different applications, but needs to fitted sympathetically or your expectations of it need to be managed!
I worked in an old mill that has been converted into a home, with DF flooring throughout. Looked lovely but totally non-resilient, especially as one of the householders wore stilettos most of the time
