I know it's got two Rs in it. I'd just heard some C4 announcer sau FebYOUary and it fucked me right off and I lost control.

I once heard a C5 news reporter announce the death of a "Loo-tenant" in Afghanistan (this was a while ago) and I felt compelled enough to write a letter of disgust at the terrible pronunciation.
(The victim in question was a UKer so no excuses)
I got a shitty reply saying they will address it but it wasn't really a big deal
