Why people respond to an ad and then go completely silent ... this seems to apply equally to both buyers and sellers ...

This behaviour is at its worst on Facebook Marketplace. I have had so many conversations that run perfectly smoothly, then inexplicably stop when a collection address is asked for.

I think that's just people being wary of giving their home address out, I get it. But it's still weird, seller's remorse?
