Bloody hell. Nice numbers. I reached the conclusion getting to 4w/kg was fairly easy for most but 5w/kg takes some serious dedication.
Cornwall riding is tough! I live in the Peak District and found it hard going down there when we had a week in Looe a few years back. Wind from every direction and constant bergs. Makes a man of you!
