Echo this - the biggest jumps I have had in the last few years coincided with consistenly doing 'keep the chain tight' rides of 4-5 hours where you are right at the top of endurance and often at the bottom of tempo. They are really fatiguing though. Even better if you do them with someone who's a bit fitter than you to keep you honest to the end.

The two best ways I found for increased endurance were long rides 4+h with efforts (not super hard) at the end. And sustained high Z2 rides. Plus just doing a lot of riding. But really you get into the scope of being beyond a online training platform. Keeping things enjoyable is the biggest aim, because then you do more!
