They had recently expressed some concern about LFGSS content surviving in some archived form after the shut down and suggested that deleting their account might stop that (it wouldn't). The next couple of months will be even more depressing if that becomes a trend.

I’m surprised the film/digital photography threads aren’t looking a bit more sparse either, I wouldn’t want my creative content being free for anyone to use as they see fit and that being enabled by the T&C’s.
Most people probably aren’t that bothered but there are pics of kids/families etc plus news worthy stuff like demonstrations etc. -
Tbf, t-v was in the habit of deleting their account on a regular basis
