• Push and hold on the mouse will send a pairing request to pop up on the nearest laptop, but could still be irritating. If they otherwise work, is there a reason not to simply go for 2 cheap mice and colour code them?

I'd rather have one nice mouse than two cheap mice.

Found out that some of the Logitech mice have a switch on the bottom to select devices, and also this "Flow" system - which seems cool, but I kinda doubt that will work with Windows 7 😀

  • Just to add to the opinion, +1 for MX Master. I have one that I use for Mac and PC desktop. Press button on the underside to switch between. Reliable and quick. Mouse is excellent

I suspect the flow thing would work with Windows 7 tbh - not much difference between 7, 10 and 11
