Makes me wonder how many people ‘buy' something then sit there waiting for it to be delivered then the voucher expires and you get no refund.
It’s a smart business model as no actual store or warehouse just an online store front with cut from 3rd party sales and the accidental sign up for the paid subscription without realising it.

What a complete shit show, I have to pay twice! funds are already taken but the redemption page asks me to pay and they also want £10 for delivery despite the delivery being free on the actual purchase page. had a robot WhatsApp chat and they will get back to me in 24 hrs but will try to give me ‘woucher credit’ not a refund.
annoyingly they didn’t take amex/apple pay so paid on a debit card.
Made a rod for my own back here but lesson learned.
