Sorry you must have absolutely no idea what I mean. Might the cables for cable actuated derailleurs be accommodated?

The cable ports are where they are shown on the drawing, I've just offered up double outers at both ends and there's plenty of room

These look almost identical to the Bikedoc bars I have in terms of cable routing. It’s tight, and a faff, but definitely doable with patience
