I think I have a 90mm stem, that fits a 31.8mm clamp. It is black and came off a 1 and 1/8th steerer.
It came off a Giant Revolt earlier this year.
I have no idea if it is aero, as I suspect you want 0 degree rise and I suspect I have a +6 degree.
