You just have to learn to use it right handed I’m afraid, using them left handed(or even left eye-dominant) puts you at increased risk. I used to train apprentices, left handed folks pick it up just as easily as righties.
Left handed chainsaws do exist but only in the world of custom built saws for competition climbers.

Speaking as someone who was a professional chainsaw-wielder for 15yrs this is an absolute fucking bargain. Looks like an older husqvarna design rebranded.
The new owner should do themselves a favour and consider taking some training but at the absolute very least make sure they buy chainsaw boots and over trousers.
I have performed first aid on several chainsaw injuries in my time- those things will fuck you up at the first opportunity.
