Clearance to what? What does it interfere with?

The ignition coil pack, not enough space between that and the intercooler for it to slot in. Turbosmart Dual Port looks shorter but the Car Mods Australia bloke reckoned that wouldn't fit either.

Apparently this is a bit of a known issue for JDM Foresters and GFB fitment. 🤷‍♂️
