Oh blimey, don’t know, just sharp ones! I don’t really follow all this stuff. Different grinders do make very very subtly different flavours but nothing tremendously better or worse than any other.
Edit: the second one sounds more appealing to me. As soon as they start calling a component of a food processing machine iconic though I’m out!
