  • My favourite Sunday brew is immersion method, cleaner and slower than a french press, by making cowboy coffee in a French press. No extra gadgets required.

    Grind for cafetière, add water, after 5 mins sink the floating grounds with a spoon, leave for 10 mins with lid on, don’t plunge, pour gently leaving the grounds in the bottom of the pot.

    Super smooth, rich and sweet.
