You should try a Hario Switch. Been getting fantastic coffee out of it versus my V60.

I was always sceptical when that one was released. Isn't that just french press with extra steps?

If you put a paper filter in a French press and use a combination of immersion and percolation, sure.

Honestly, totally worth it. The ease and consistency of getting an extremely good cup has been very worth the $20 extra it costs over a standard plastic v60.
