To clarify my comment, rehabilitation services in prisons rarely happen. At a guess reduced funding, and also as prisons are so overcrowded. Too many people believe that prison is easy and there is rehabilitation.
The probation service was outsourced and got so bad that it was reverse outsourced. What a funny term.
Prison is locking someone up for 23 hours a day. Feeding then shite cheap food. So many see prison like the TV show porridge.
