Merlin are selling Fulcrum Rapid Reds 650b for very cheap. Not sure that's your cup of tea.

I just had a quick look. I'm not a Fulcrum fan and they're cup and cone it seems so I'd probably look for something a bit nicer/handbuilt.

Yeah most were cup and cone but I recall seeing some cartridge too, although that might have been their 700c counterparts.
