If you were going for a new one, money no object then the Arc seems to be the ultimate.
Personally I don't feel I need the super steel blade, so would sooner have the same thing cheaper with a normal blade. But that magnetic lock shit looks like one of the most sensible and useful Multi-Tool design features I've ever seen.
