I had this on one side. I think it was this. Had to had surgery in the end, couldn't cycle for months. NHS were fucking useless.

Bleak forecast. I am in Germany though, health service isn't too bad when you put effort in.
I understand if just an infection this should work. It could be something else, hence the check with ultrasound.

Sorry. Hopefully antibiotics sort for you. I remember having a few rounds before they finally took it seriously.
