Why shouldn't a law abiding citizen be allowed to sit on a roof with a rifle? Sounds like commie talk to me!
What if there was a potential shooter on another roof top? As proved the only person who can stop a bad rooftop shooter with a gun is a good rooftop shooter with a gun.
