First up, a pair of lovely Italian made fizik SPD shoes (Uomo M3B). These are a top end pair of XC mountain bike shoes from around 2015, RRP was around the £200 mark.
Really well made and superb condition. Carbon sole which is proper stiff. Stiffer than my Giro Empires I think. Perfect for fast gravel or agro commuting as well as XC stuff.

I think they are a size 8.5 - but fit pretty small, so would suit an 8. Fizik are on the narrow side too, so snug fitting in general.
We're moving house and I found them under the bed. Didn't have many miles put on them as they were just too snug for me.
£60, now £55 collected from Kingston or can meet somewhere central. Add postage and PayPal fees if you're further away.
