As part of that you can upload video. You need 60 seconds before and after the alleged offence.
Needs to be fairly soon after the events the Notice of Intended Prosecution must be sent within 2 weeks and the police take a few days to look at your form.
You might hear that they have sent a NIP. You are unlikely to ever hear anything else about any outcome.

One wonders why--did they turn into the car park there or did they drive further?
I guess there's not too much traffic on that but it's still an odd risk to take.

What are my best options to report this, drove straight at me without hesitation the wrong way into a one way road.
