Honestly as long as you keep it moisturised and don’t pick at it you’ll be fine.
My most solid tattoo was done in the height of summer in Malta, covered with a bit of kitchen roll that fell off within minutes of leaving the studio and I then went climbing all afternoon.
Best advice I was given was to use whichever moisturiser works best for you anyway. I usually use cocoa butter or whatever random psoriasis moisturiser I happen to have to hand.
Keep it out of the sun for the next couple of months(if summer ever gets here) is probably the most important thing I’d suggest.
